 Wet Spring Rolls with Carrot and Bamboo Shoots







Filling Ingredients:

200-250 g carrots, grated

250 g bamboo shoots, boiled then sliced

4 shallots

5 cloves garlic

4 spring onions

1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce (my addition)

A pinch of salt if needed

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp bouillon powder

1 tsp granulated sugar

50-100 ml water

Skin Ingredients:

300 g medium protein flour

3 tbsp tapioca

1 chicken egg

1 tsp salt

4 tbsp cooking oil

750 ml water
